Ti-Art Villa Sanur

The Ti-Art Villa is a spacious luxury contemporary villa with traditional Balinese elements and several buildings: Living, dormitory, open and covered kitchen, bale benong, studio and staff house. The villa is located on the quiet authentic Balinese jalan Padang Galak outside the tourist crowds, a 7-10 minute drive from the centre of Sanur (taxi to Icon Bali costs around €2.50) and about 400 metres from the mysterious abandoned Taman Festival Park and Padang Galak beach. This beach is often used for ceremonies and is known for kite festivals in July and August. The sea can be turbulent here and is not suitable for swimming, but a little further south near the center of Sanur the sea is calm due to the presence of a sandbank. In the other direction, within walking distance of the villa, you will find the Margot Riverside restaurant with both Asian and Western cuisine. The Ti-Art Villa has a private plot of 2300 m2 with a specially landscaped tropical sculpture garden, a swimming pool and a "Bale Benong" for reading or resting. Sculptor Tineke Vermeer spent 12 years alternating 3 months in the Ti-Art Villa in Bali and 3 months in the Netherlands. During that time, she created the current Ti-Art Villa. 

The Ti-Art Villa has an artistically decorated open living room (140 m2) with a kitchen, a large dining table for 12 people, toilet, sink and a bedroom with two single beds. Then a covered terrace (60 m2) with a table and 8 chairs. In the adjacent dormitory are the other 3 bedrooms - each with a double bed - and two bathrooms. Also the closed fully equipped kitchen with covered terrace is separate overlooking the garden and pool. Seat cushions, mattress toppers and towels are provided for use. On Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., our head of housekeeping Kadek is present, she takes care of the cleaning and maintenance of the villa. If desired, she can occasionally prepare a delicious Indonesian meal for you at an additional cost. Private driver Agous is available on call for a fee. Agous has been providing trips and excursions for 20 years and shows you the real Bali. There are also four free bicycles at the villa with which guests can explore Sanur and its surroundings.

If you rent the villa, you rent the whole. So no other guests will be present at the same time. The villa is offered for 2-6 people, but 2 extra people can stay (only after consultation).

Finally, it should be mentioned that there is a cat and a sweet but watchful dog, who are taken care of by the staff.
