The villa is located directly on Lovina Beach, where you have a beach of no less than 150 m2 at your disposal. The villa can be rented for up to 10 people. It has a beautiful infinity pool with dimensions of 15 by 6 meters in which you have a view over the Balinese sea.

Explanation of prices

Prices are based on a stay of 1 to 4 people. For each additional person €12 per night will be charged extra.

Prices include:
•Free WIFI
• Use of water, gas, energy and taxes
• Staff: 2 housekeepers/cooks, 2 gardeners, 1 security and 1 villa manager.
• Use of bed linen, towels and beach towels.
• There is a safe in which you can store valuables.
• The villa has a Nespresso machine that you can use. If you wish, you can bring your own Nespresso cups.

Extra at the villa:
• On call, a driver is available 24 hours a day, who can show you the most beautiful places in the country.
• Kadek is at your disposal to provide wonderful massages, manicures and pedicures.

Payment:
After booking, a deposit of 30% of the rental price will be made within 1 week. After this deposit your booking is final.

The remainder of the rent plus a deposit of €250 must be paid 1 month before arrival. You will receive the deposit back within 2 weeks after your departure. Any damage or repairs will be deducted from the security deposit.
