Villa HI-KU-ME Dencarik North Bali

Villa HI-KU-ME is a very attractive and spacious private villa in the north of Bali, near Lovina. The villa offers a spacious stay for 1 to 5 people, has a large 4x12 meter private swimming pool and has direct access to the quiet beach with a sea suitable for swimming and snorkeling.

The villa is located on 1500m2 of private land and in the walled garden plenty of tropical plants grow and bloom. There is a lot of space on the terrace which offers a wide unobstructed view over the garden and the Bali sea where you can experience beautiful sunsets.

Due to its quiet location, its own swimming pool, location directly on the sea and the presence of an experienced fine cook / housekeeper, the villa is ideal for families, couples or friends and anyone who wants to enjoy all the comfort and privacy in a beautiful and authentic environment .

Facilities
The villa has 2 bathrooms, which are very spacious, clean and equipped with towels.

There are 2 bedrooms, each with 1 very large double bed (200x200). 1 bedroom has an extra single bed.
The bedrooms have good / silent air conditioners.

The spacious and well laid out veranda has a cozy lockable living room with air conditioning, TV and DVD player. Furthermore, a 6-person dining table with a view over the swimming pool, the garden and the sea and it has a half-open sitting area with a bookcase.

There are 4 sunbeds with comfortable skai-leather mattresses. Towels and beach towels are included.

The kitchen has various electrical appliances (microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, blender, rice cooker, mixer) and sufficient eating and cooking utensils.

In the back of the garden, by the sea, you have 2 Balinese rest houses Lombok style (the Lumbung) where you can relax, read or have a drink in the utmost comfort. The ultimate place to enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets is on the balcony on the first floor of the Lumbungs,

The plot is fenced on 3 sides with a 2 meter high wall. On the sea side you can reach the beach via a step. So you are completely private. There is also an outdoor shower to get rid of salt and sand. The garden is beautifully lit in the evenings. Under the illuminated Pergola you can read or enjoy your drink.

Service
The villa has its own permanent staff. Housekeeper Ketut is present from Monday to Saturday to keep the house clean and to do the laundry, but also takes care of your breakfast and lunch/dinner if you wish. This service is inclusive. You only pay for the groceries and a small allowance for petrol/expenses.
She can also arrange taxis, bicycles, massage, dolphin tour etc for you.
The gardener maintains the ever-blooming garden and ensures a clean pool and terrace.
Towards evening the night watchman comes to make you feel extra safe and he stays until sunrise.

During your stay you also have a permanent contact person (local helpdesk) for all your other questions.

Beach and sea
The quiet beach consists of clean lava sand and you regularly see fishermen passing by.
In the winter months the sea can be higher and wilder and the beach can be less accessible. However, the climate and sea are pleasantly warm in Bali all year round.

dolphins
The sea at Lovina is known for its dolphins and the staff can arrange an excursion to spot dolphins early in the morning by boat. The sunrise at sea alone is more than worth it.

Environment
The villa is located in a quiet area 7 kilometers from Lovina.

In a 7-minute drive you are in Lovina, the friendly town where you will find cozy cafes and restaurants and where you can arrange all kinds of trips.

Transport
There is a regular driver on call for short or longer day trips to any place in Bali. There is a tourist activity book in the villa with tips for possible visits.
