This luxury villa has four bedrooms and two large bathrooms, one of which has a large bath. Three bedrooms have king-size beds with mosquito nets, the fourth has two single beds. There is well-functioning air conditioning in all bedrooms, but located directly on the Bali Sea, a gentle sea breeze ensures a cooler temperature.

This well-maintained holiday villa, garden and swimming pool are located on a private domain of 1600 m² and is not shared with other tenants.
Villa Agus Mas is fully furnished; bath towels, pool towels and sheets are provided. The kitchen is complete with large American fridge, chilled water tank, toaster, Nespresso machine, filter/bean coffee maker, rice cooker and blender.
In the bookcase in the living room you will find books about Indonesia, travel guides and novels (in different languages) and there are games for young and old. There is an LCD flat screen television with USB connection and cable TV with international and children's channels.
On the terrace you will find a Sonos audio system (!) with which you can play your own streaming music via Spotify or other music service. FREE WIFI fast fiber optic internet (75Mb!) is also available, even a washing machine and dryer.

The living room has wide French doors that can be opened completely. The covered terrace has a dining table with 8 chairs and a comfortable seating area and there are 2 cooling fans! You also have access to 2 SONOS PLAY1s for your own favorite streaming music!
In the living room you will find two large sofas, also called 'day beds'. Nice to watch television!
The size of the garden is 1600 m² and has a large private swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth: from 1.20 m to 2.20 m). Around the pool you will find sunbeds with parasols. In the garden you will find tall palm trees, fruit trees and frangipani in all colors and some statues. The garden and pool are very private!
Ask the staff for a fresh coconut from the garden to drink! They climb palm trees with ease!
The lawn is perfect for a game of football or badminton, and for those who mainly want to laze around: a lovely spot is the Bale Benong (Gazebo), a small house that is open on all sides and borders directly on the beach. In the morning you can watch the local fishermen in their brightly colored boats with their catch of the day (which you can buy on site! Our housekeeper can prepare your fresh fish!). In the evening you can enjoy the beautiful sunset. Villa, garden and swimming pool are located on a private plot of 1600 m²!
As a guest you have private staff for the villa. There is a private security guard who watches over the villa at night, a gardener/pool man, a freelance driver and a housekeeper who is also a great cook. She can cook both Indonesian and Western. The staff has a sense of humor and will do everything they can to please you, so that you have an unforgettable stay.
