Bali Seaview Villa Namaste

The rate is based on 2 persons per night. Coffee, tea and water included.
Above 2 persons a surcharge of € 22 pp per night will be charged.

If you want all-inclusive (breakfast, lunch and dinner excluding drinks), we charge an additional €13 per person per night.

There is no service or dining options in the Villa on Sundays. You can always use the many restaurants in the area, where our driver will be happy to take you to and return you to the Villa after your lunch/dinner.

Cancel:
If you as a tenant wish to cancel the booking for any reason, you as a tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts invoice, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

• cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
• cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
• cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
• cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
