The Wijnberg is located on the left side of the Kapos River in the mountains where you can find peace and quiet and enjoy beautiful nature. The house is conveniently located close to many beautiful hiking trails that show what you can expect on that route using QR codes.
The house is located 15 kilometers from Dombovar. In the vicinity are the town hall, 2 schools, doctor and dentist practice, pharmacy, post office, 3 small supermarkets, train and bus station and other businesses. In Dombovar you will find the larger supermarkets such as Lidl, Tesco, Penny and Spar.
You will also find the Gunarasfurdo thermal bath (swimming pool complex with thermal bath) in Dombovar.
For horse lovers, there is a riding school a ten-minute drive away.

The holiday home has a swimming pool, flower garden, vegetable garden and green area with adjacent forest where children can play safely and feel at home. A covered terrace with adjacent pond and carport.
The property is completely fenced (7000m2) and offers a view over the village area. The holiday home has a private entrance with an electronic gate and is electronically secured.
House layout:
There are 6 rooms and can accommodate 7 people (folding cot is available). The 3 bedrooms have the necessary storage spaces and cupboards. The building is heated by gas, there is air conditioning as well as internet (Wifi, TV). In the bathroom there is a shower, sink, toilet, washing machine, iron with board and storage space. In the living room there is air conditioning, lounge with seating, dining table for six people, TV, equipped kitchen with oven and microwave and a coffee machine.
Under the carport you will find a barbecue with necessary tools, table and 7 chairs. On the covered outdoor terrace there is a table with 7 chairs and a sofa for 4 people and a storage cupboard. The swimming pool is covered and opens in the green zone with beach chairs and parasols. There are 3 bicycles available for possible tourist rides.
It is possible to obtain a breakfast and daily menu according to the tenant's wishes at inflated prices. Menu list will be sent 2 weeks before arrival. The desired meals must be reported 1 day in advance. poor dishes can be delivered against cash payment. There is also croissant, rolls, picolos, apple pie, fresh bread and free-range eggs from our own farm.
