Complete (upstairs) apartment (2017) with spacious roof terrace, including use of the swimming pool (on site), consisting of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There is a wardrobe in both bedrooms. In the living room you will find a corner (sleeping) sofa, a coffee table, a dining table with 4 chairs and a cupboard with TV and radio. There is an open kitchen with an electric hob (2 burners), a microwave, a fridge / freezer, a coffee maker and a kettle. The bathroom consists of a shower cabin, a washbasin and a toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided and included. (Please bring your own beach towels) The apartment has a roof terrace with a beautiful view (sunset) with a garden table, 4 chairs and a parasol.
Usage costs: electricity and water is included. A fixed BBQ is available in the garden next to the pool, both free to use.
Pets not allowed. The apartment is non-smoking.
At the end of the street (100 meters) there is a convenience store where you can get fresh bread every morning, but you can also do other shopping. The owners and staff of this store are always extremely helpful and friendly and understand and speak German. For the 'big' groceries you can go to the well-known supermarkets such as LIDL, ALDI, SPAR and TESCO a village further, but in Balatonszemes there are also a few village supermarkets. The village center is approximately a 12-minute walk, the beach a 7-minute walk, the harbor 15 minutes. Ideal if you like to walk. If not, there is plenty of parking in the village. There is a train station in the village. There are also souvenir shops, ice cream parlors and several restaurants which are open in high season.
