Complete (upstairs) apartment (built in 2017) with spacious roof terrace, including use of swimming pool (on site), consisting of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There is a wardrobe in both bedrooms. In the living room you will find a corner (sleeping) sofa, a coffee table, a dining table with 4 chairs, a cupboard with radio. There is an open kitchen with an electric hob (2 burners), a microwave, a fridge / freezer, a coffee maker and a kettle. The bathroom (with skylight) consists of a shower cubicle, a washbasin and a toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided and included. (Please bring your own beach towels!) The apartment has a roof terrace with a beautiful view (sunset) with a garden table, 4 chairs, parasol and drying rack. In addition, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets and sun screens.
Usage costs: electricity and water are included. A fixed BBQ is available in the garden next to the pool, both free to use.
Pets not allowed. The apartment is non-smoking.

At the end of the street (100 meters) there is a local shop where you can get fresh bread rolls every morning (except Sunday), but also do other shopping. The owners and staff of this store are always extremely helpful and friendly and understand and speak German. For the 'big' groceries you can go to the well-known supermarkets such as the LIDL, ALDI, SPAR and TESCO a village away, but in Balatonszemes there are also a few village supermarkets. The village center is about a 12-minute walk away, the beach is a 7-minute walk away, the harbor is 15 minutes away. Ideal if you like walking. If not, there is plenty of parking space in the village. There is a train station in the village, from which you can travel in different directions, including to Budapest. There are also souvenir shops, ice cream parlors and several restaurants which are open from mid-May in high season.
