Our house is located a stone's throw from the beautiful Lake Tisza in Tiszaderzs, a village with 1300 inhabitants, a large renovated small supermarket, hairdresser, bakery, post office, bank terminal and bus stop.

Detached house with floor on a plot of land of 4200m2.

Ground floor:
-Large hall, corridor, separate toilet,
-Large bathroom with shower, sink, drying rack, washing machine/dryer function, hairdryer and towels.
-1 small bedroom with bunk beds that gives access to a 2nd bedroom with queen-size bed.
-Fitted L-shaped kitchen with all the necessary cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, microwave, vitroceramic hob, double sink, kettle, senseo machine, fridge, freezer.
-Dining area with extendable table, chairs and sofa.
-Living room overlooking the front garden and backyard through a large sliding door with access to terrace and garden.

Upper floor:
-2nd bathroom with sink, toilet, shower cabin.
Master bedroom with queen-size bed and wardrobe.
-Small bedroom with 1 single bed and cupboard.
-1 loft overlooking the living space, sofa, reading corner, work table and 2 chairs.

The whole house is equipped with infrared heating in each room with separate thermostat per room.

Beds are made on arrival and use: towels and beach towels are included in the price

My husband and I bought a house in Tiszaderzs in 2006. We immediately fell in love with the village and the house. 10 years later we sold it because we had already bought the adjacent piece of land and wanted to completely rebuild the house that stood on it and provide it with a floor.
We are devoted to this country, this region, our village and the beautiful Lake Tisza.
We enjoy the peace and the beautiful landscape, the good food, the hospitality of the people. Tiszaderzs is de-stressing

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
