Cozy detached holiday home in a nice village between Szigetvár and Kaposvár in the southwest of Hungary county Baranya.
Suitable for up to 6 people.
The garden is fully fenced and covers approximately 1500 m2. In the garden there is a swimming pool of 8 m long, 4 m wide and 1.5 m deep. The pool can be used with or without a cover.
On the ground floor is a spacious room with kitchen, dining area and lounge area. The bathroom is located next to the kitchen and is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower.
The kitchen unit is equipped with a gas hob, an oven, a microwave, a dolce Gusto machine, a kettle and a dishwasher (excluding tablets)
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms of about 25 m2 per room.  The bedroom above the kitchen has 2x 1 bed and 1 x double bed.
The other room has 1x a double bed.

The house has shutters and mosquito nets everywhere.
There is plenty to do in the area such as museums, hiking, shopping, culture and in the summer there are all kinds of village festivals and festivals to visit in many places.
