Living room with fireplace and full modern kitchen; 3 bedrooms with 1x double bed, 2x single bed, 1x bunk bed, child's bed, baby bed and changing table; 3 bathrooms with designer sinks, shower and toilet.

Large garage in the basement, with washing machine and water softening system.
Partly landscaped flower garden. Swing, children's pool and outdoor shower are available. The terraces on the SE and SW sides are equipped with large awnings.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation up to 10 weeks before arrival: free of charge.
Cancellation within 10 to 6 weeks before arrival: 50% of the deposit
Cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival: no refund.

Wonderful stay on the terraces or beaches in Pylos, Methoni, Gialova, Finikounda or Koroni. All a short distance away.
The bay of Navarino at Pylos. rent a boat and then explore the (uninhabited) islands, sail to a beach and enjoy. Surfing and sailing is also possible.
A cot with a good mattress, high chair and potty is available as well as a gate that can be moved.
Enjoy in Pylos with various terraces, restaurants and shops.
The Polimnio waterfalls. Cool off in the summer. Swimming in the lakes or hiking through the valley. There are several waterfalls in the area
