Villa Elia is located in the southwest of the Peloponnese, in the Messinia region near Koroni, 40 km from Kalamata airport.
The Villa was recently built, 2020/2021, on a beautiful piece of land between the olive trees and is ideal for a wonderful family holiday.

From the living room, with open kitchen, you have access to the veranda which overlooks the private swimming pool (pool toys are provided). On the cozy terrace under the pergola in the garden you will find the outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Delicious to eat after, for example, a hot day at the sea or your own swimming pool.

Villa Elia is equipped with mosquito nets and shutters. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room.

In the living room you will also find plenty of games, Wi-Fi, a smart TV and sound system. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Area
The villa is located just outside the village of Charakopio (5 min. walk). Facilities such as supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and restaurants are available here. The village is also easily accessible by mountain bikes (2 pieces) that can be used free of charge during your stay.
Koroni at about 5 km offers a pleasant boulevard with several bars and tavernas.

After many holidays in Greece, we ended up on this beautiful piece of land full of olive trees in August 2020. Here we were able to realize our dream and have a house built. We like to let other people enjoy this beautiful place.

Large garden with driveway and ample parking. Both downstairs and upstairs a spacious terrace, from which you can enjoy the beautiful view over the sea, islands and the landscape.
Recently the pool house has been completed. With a lot of sun, it is also wonderful to enjoy the heat in the shade.
