Villa Myria is spectacularly located in the wild, and near Kalamata (70,000 inhabitants). The 360 ??degree free views from the rooms and terraces over Kalamata Bay, the Taygetos Mountains (2400 m high with snowy mountain peaks in winter) and the white province of Kalamata capital are breathtaking.
The villa consists of a penthouse (2 to 3 people), a ground floor (8 to 10 people) and one has a spacious pool area with large heated swimming pool (heated from April 1st to November 1st) and is housed in a beautiful bowl olive grove with orange and lemon trees and 100% privacy.
The beach is 5 minutes by car, and the same is true for the nearest tavernas and supermarkets. Kalamata is 10 minutes drive away with a cozy boulevard, harbor, marina, old and new center, with many shops, cafes, restaurants, farmers market, museums and attractions. In addition, many excursions are possible, for example to Mani, with many beaches and taverns, Stoupa, Kardamili, Agios Nikolao, Pilos, Neo Koroni, Sparta, Gythio, Olympia, Mycene, Nafplio, Epidaurus, Corinthia. Just as southern as Tunis, it is almost always sunny in Kalamata with pleasant air and seawater temperatures.
