The house has been there for 16 years now. During that time, the space around it has grown full of trees and plants in abundance.
Especially in the spring there is an abundance of colors. In the warm summer months there is a lot of shade.

Iria is a quiet village. A wonderful place to use as a base for walks and excursions by car to the most beautiful and often most famous archaeological sites.

The Peloponnese is the classic Greece, where one makes with knowledge in the seventh grade. Here are all the important places within reach (by car): Mycenae, Tyrins, EPIDAVROS, NEMEA, CORINTHIANS. Be in the theater of Epidaurus on weekends from late July and early August plays staged (in new-Greek). A little further away OLYMPIA, DELPHI, SPARTA. Byzantine history is almost palpable in Mystra (Sparta). But behind us in the mountains is an ancient Byzantine monastery dedicated to St. Dimitrios. It is accessible by car, but if you like a brisk walk, then walk advisable. Everywhere are small churches scattered with icons, which are revered by many Greeks. Modern Greece is found in the near Nafplion (25 km). Traditional tavernas, kafenions, but also trendy restaurants and boulevards lined with palm trees. The atmosphere of the islands (specific colors, special light, the sea around) is to taste on Poros, Hydra and Spetse. Comfortable to reach by car, ferry or day boat. Athens can be reached by car in 2 hours. From Nafplion go very comfortable coaches, from half six in the morning until 9 o'clock at night, almost every hour to and from Athens. The bus currently costs about 13, - Euro. Get a one stop for the terminal from (the stop is called Metro) then why is every 5 minutes on the underground to the center of Athens

This room is through the sliding doors to the terrace. The bank is making. 2 guests as full beds Upper and lower bed have firm mattresses. The bottom bunk is folded up just bed without difficulty.
The bedroom has a double bed and a sea of ??wardrobes that covers an entire wall. In this room the air depends. (Continuing the door to the hallway open, air conditioning cools the whole house.
The pool is round, almost 4 m diameter. The terrace with wooden decking offers a lot: shade, sun, plenty of loungers and an outdoor shower
Open kitchen with all comfort. The kitchen in the middle of the refrigerator consists of two electric hobs. Above and below the cabinets are all the necessities that come in a modern kitchen.
A large shower, toilet and sink / Anywhere in the house's hot water.
From the hall will be left to the bedroom and straight to the bathroom.
