In the back garden there is a large, private swimming pool with crystal-clear fresh water (40 m²) and a fantastic waterfall, sun loungers, a pool bar, a built-in BBQ, and an outside dining area shaded by a pergola.
The villa is divided across three levels. The ground floor consists of a spacious living area, dining areas, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a large shared bathroom.
On the upper floor you will find a master double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
