Beach House Milatos is located on the charming harbour in the seaside resort of Milatos on the north side of the beautiful island of Crete in a quiet area between Heraklion and
Agios Nikolaos. An ideal place for those seeking a relaxing
want to have a holiday, away from noise and crowds. The area is known for its beautiful sandy beaches and nature with sea and mountain views.

Recently and completely renovated, using contemporary colours and
materials, Luna Beach House combines the Cretan architectural
tradition with modern elements. Our house is suitable for 6 people. ( 3 bedrooms)
A large living room with open kitchen. 3 bedrooms, all with a double bed.2 bathrooms with toilet and a cellar where you can play table tennis and where there is a paddle board that you can use. A large veranda on the terrace with sea views. A small beach on the other side of the street with beds and umbrellas and cozy terraces and restaurants a few minutes' walk away.

Hello, we are a family with 2 girls aged 16 and 17 and we live in Noordwijk in the Netherlands. We love the beach and the dunes and can often be found there with our ridge back Olli. My husband has a number of children's physio practices and I am a teacher and have a homework centre.

However, our heart also lies with Greece and that is why we bought a holiday home on Crete in Milatos by the sea 2 years ago. We think the place is unique by the sea with everything within walking distance.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this is already caused to the landlord, for example).
The landlord will charge the following, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant does not have to wait until the start date or during the rental period
that he will make use of the leased property without (any longer),
he owes the full rent.
