Detached villa with private pool, 10 minutes by car from the beach and close to the old and charming town of Rethymnon.
Villa Athina, newly built in 2008, is located near the picturesque village of Loutra with a magnificent view over the olive groves and the sea from your terrace and roof terrace.
The house consists of only the ground floor with living room and kitchen area, hall, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet, rain shower and modern sink.
The roof terrace can be reached via an outside staircase.

You can take beautiful walks in the immediate vicinity. The beach is about 3.5 km away and bustling Rethymno about 10 minutes by car.
Crete is the largest island in Greece, so you won't get bored easily.
The south coast, about 40 minutes by car, is a must to visit.
Furthermore, of course, the beautiful beaches and many historical places.
A visit to Chania is highly recommended.

Hello, we are Louise and Corné and we live near Utrecht. After a few visits to Greece we decided to build our holiday home in Crete. We enjoy it again and again. Because the house is still empty in high season and we had good experiences with renting out another holiday home, we decided to rent this house out. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices include final cleaning, any interim cleaning for stays of more than 1 week and bed linen. You must provide any beach towels yourself.

Cancellation Policy:

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

- in case of cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

- in case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

- in case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

- in case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
