Ιf you like sunsets, you´ll love Villa Dia!

Villa Dia got its name as it overlooks the mysterious island of Dia. In the summer, the sunset here is simply mesmerizing!

This brand new villa has four floors, perfectly fitted to it's 4000sqm landscape.

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a King Size bed, ensuite bathrooms and large sliding doors from floor to ceiling leading out to the garden and a large outdoor area. In the hallway you also find a small room with a washing machine.

The staircase is leading up to the main floor, where you find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 12 persons and a huge tailored sofa that can easily be divided in three separate parts. On this floor there is also a bathroom with double sinks and a large shower, in addition to a separate TV room with a sleeping sofa. The huge glass doors in the living room lead straight out to the large outdoor area with infinity pool (3 x 9 m), the children’s pool and an outdoor shower.
There are 12 elegant and handmade sunbeds, a large dining table with plenty of room for many guests together , a bar and a large barbeque which has a refrigerator and a basin.

The first floor features two double bedrooms, both of them with ensuite bathrooms (one with a bath tub) and large sliding doors from floor to ceiling leading out to a huge balcony. Here you can sunbathe, read a book under the pergola – or simply just enjoy the fantastic panoramic view of the Aegean sea. In the back of these bedrooms, you find another TV room with a double sleeping sofa and an extra room with three extra beds.

The second (and top) floor also has two bedrooms with King Size beds, ensuite bathrooms and sliding doors to a large balcony, partly covered with a pergola – with the same stunning view that you find everywhere in this villa.

On the top floor you can enter the back of the house, with a large patio where you can enjoy a coffee and the morning sun.
The main entrance is on the main floor. There are several spacious zones outdoors where you can find privacy or enjoy the company of the other guests.

On the east side of the house, there is a built-in outdoor fire pit with lots of seating and great view of the small church of Agia Varvara, the city of Malia, the coastline to Hersonissos - and the sea.

A stone covered pathway takes you down to the 500 sqm lawn in front of the house. There is a private road from the gate to the back of the house, and parking area both at the top level and at the basement level.

Bed linen, face, bath and pool towels are provided.
