It is a contemporary home located on the outskirts of the town of "Rethymno", in the rural village of "Kastelakia", at the same time offering quick access to the beach and the old town center with its winding alleys, old fortress, restaurants and bars.
The main entrance leads to a light and spacious open plan living and dining room and a fitted kitchen with dishwasher. The lounge is equipped with a flat screen Smart TV to entertain you and a desk with chair. From the living room, there is direct access to the veranda and the sunny garden through two sets of French windows.
You will find three bedrooms, including one with a king-size bed, the second with a double bed and the third with two single beds. Guests share a spacious bathroom with washing machine and a second with shower facility. Each bedroom has patio doors to a veranda with views of the mountains or the sea, shutters and air conditioning units.
On the lawn, sit back on the sun loungers, rest in a shady hammock hanging under an enormous tree, listen to the birds and relax completely in a peaceful environment. From here the view along the coastline and the sapphire blue sea is simply amazing. The entire plot is fenced and you will find private parking places behind the entrance gate.
The villa offers its guests a perfect base for visiting the many rhythms of the island and the beautiful sandy beaches.
Beds made with sheets and blankets. Kitchen and bath towels are also provided. For stays of more than 7 nights, extra sheets / towels are provided, depending on the length of your stay.
