Spilia (Kolymbari) west Chania

Away from the hustle and bustle.
(NOT FOR YOUNG PEOPLE/GROUPS under 30+)

A colorful cozy house on the edge of the village of Spilia, 3 km from Kolymbari.
The nearest beach is also located here.
Spilia is located in a green plain between citrus trees and olive groves, about 30 kilometers west of the city of Chania.

The distance from Chania International Airport is approximately 40 minutes by car.
Public transport/bus stop is 2 km away. distance from the house.

The living room has a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped.
There are 2 cozy bedrooms, each with a large double bed.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet and shower.
There is a pantry/storage room to store extra items.
Outside: a pizza oven and a small BBQ.

The upper floor is not accessible to guests. This is private.
(Of course we will not be present during your stay.)
For the little ones we have a camping bed with fitted sheet, mattress, duvet and cover.
There is also a play mat.

Our property is not suitable for young people, groups or parties:
We do not want any inconvenience for our friendly neighbors and villagers.
Spilia is a quiet village where everyone knows each other and where social control prevails.
The local supermarket can be found at 1500 meters (on the road to Kolymbari).
The large supermarket is 3 km away. distance.
A pharmacy and a traverna: a 2-minute walk from the house.

We recommend "Falasarna beach" (see photos), one of the most beautiful beaches in the department.
This relaxed sandy beach is regularly included in lists of top beaches in Europe.
The long, wide beach is easy to reach by rental car (recommended).
You can even drive almost to the beach!
The distance to Falasarma is 28 km and takes approximately 40 minutes by car.

Chania (photos) is a beautiful city that - once you've been there - will remain etched in your memory.
It is one of the most picturesque and pleasant places in Crete.
