Villa Iperion

Villa Iperion is located in Agia Triada, a small and picturesque village 11 kilometers from Rethymno and 4 kilometers from the beach. Villa Iperion is a semi-detached house and consists of four spacious apartments with a shared swimming pool with an outdoor shower and has a beautiful view of the sea and the landscape, which exudes the peace and tranquility of the countryside. Each apartment has a fully equipped open kitchen with appliances, two bedrooms, bathroom with toilet and shower and a living room. In addition, there is a sofa that can be converted into a bed. Walkers, hikers and cyclists love this area for its many trails, treks and gorges. Close to the property there is also the lovely Agreco farm with an olive press, water mill, shop, wine cellar and much more. In the village you will find a local tavern "Andreas" that serves traditional Greek meals. The Venetian city of Rethymnon is only a 15-minute drive away.
