Villa Hestia is a modern, attractive villa in the quiet Pogonia, on the beautiful Ionian coast of Greece. From the elevated position you can enjoy a magnificent view over the azure blue sea, the green valley and the surrounding mountains.
The villa
The villa has a bright, modern interior and features three bedrooms, three walk-in showers, two toilets, a cozy living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, there is a washing machine at your disposal.
The house consists of two parts connected by a spacious covered terrace. Large sliding glass doors provide plenty of light and a beautiful connection between inside and outside. The villa is equipped with air conditioning for a pleasant stay during hot summer days and heating on cooler days.
Enjoy the outdoors
Outside you will find a private infinity pool of 7 x 3.5 meters and a spacious sun terrace of approximately 100 m² with sunbeds. On the covered terrace there is a complete outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a large dining table. A wonderful place to have an extensive lunch, dinner together or enjoy a long summer evening with a view of the sea. There is also parking available at the villa.
A nice location
The beach, the harbour and cosy taverns and shops in Pogonia are about 1 km away. The charming harbour town of Paleros is about 5 kilometres away and the beautiful island of Lefkada can be reached by car in about half an hour.
Aktion International Airport near Preveza is about 32 kilometers from the villa. From the airport you can drive to the villa in about 30 minutes.
