Villa Tolyos

Villa Tolyos is located on a small hill right by the sea and within walking distance of the pleasant and picturesque seaside resort of Paleros. With almost every evening a beautiful sunset from the lounge area or simply from the jacuzzi or swimming pool. You imagine yourself in a luxurious dream during the entire holiday.

The villa consists of two separate buildings with a total of three double bedrooms. Between the main building and the guest house is a covered terrace with a dining table and a simple kitchen. In front of it is a large terrace with a private swimming pool of 23 M2, a lounge corner and a breakfast bar. In front of the master bedroom is a jacuzzi that offers a fantastic view of the sunset.

The main building consists of a living room with kitchen, toilet and a double bedroom with a private bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Both the bedroom and the living room have large glass sliding doors over the entire width. This ensures a fantastic sea view from every place in the villa. And you can walk straight from your bedroom to the outdoor shower, jacuzzi or swimming pool (8.5 * 2.5 meters) to start the day wonderfully fresh.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all facilities, including dishwasher and Nespress coffee machine with milk frother. The WiFi reception (Starlink) is excellent everywhere and there is a Samsung 50 '' SMART TV.

The guesthouse has two separate 2-person bedrooms with a walk-in shower in each room. Between the rooms there is a shared bathroom with two separate sinks and a toilet. The rooms in the guest house also have a full-width glass sliding door with a sea view and direct access to the terrace with all its facilities.

The large outdoor terrace consists of two parts. A part with a separate dining area with a simple outdoor kitchen and the jacuzzi. If you go one level lower, you will find the swimming pool with outdoor shower, the lounge area and a cozy (dining) bar, including a small outdoor kitchen.

The villa is within walking distance of the cozy authentic seaside resort of Paleros. In Paleros there is a small, typical Greek village square and a marina. But the liveliness mainly comes from the various cozy restaurants and bars on the boulevard or in one of the side streets. Eating fresh fish, grill dishes, but also curries, or a pizza from the stone oven. It's all there. You can also drink a delicious cocktail in a hip tent with a view over the entire bay or enjoy a beer with friends in one of the bars. Greece is mainly experienced on the water. Book a day cruise with the RIB boat Tolyos including skipper. You arrive at the most beautiful bays, have lunch in a small fishing village on an island and can snorkel in the very clear sea. But also with a rental car or scooter there are plenty of beautiful beaches and beautiful Greek cities or special places to visit. Think of a wine/food experience at a vineyard, a visit to an 'abandoned village', viewing antiquities or a tour of the Lefkada peninsula. These tips are also all in the information folder. The nearest airport is Preveza (25 minutes by car). A transfer to and from the Villa, but also a rental car during your stay, can easily be arranged through the managers of the villa.

Bath towels and plenty of towels are provided. For stays longer than a week, there is a change of linen.
