The villa consists of two stylish buildings with a total of three comfortable 2-person bedrooms. Between the main house and the guest house is an attractive covered terrace with dining table and an outdoor kitchen. In front of this central point stretches a spacious sun terrace, complete with a 23 m² private swimming pool, an inviting lounge area and a cosy breakfast bar. The master bedroom also has its own jacuzzi with phenomenal sea and sunset views.

The main house offers a tastefully decorated living room with open kitchen, a separate toilet and a luxurious 2-person bedroom with private bathroom (with walk-in shower) and an extra toilet. Both the bedroom and living room feature full-width glass sliding doors, ensuring unparalleled sea views from every angle. Walk directly from your bedroom outside for a refreshing morning shower, a dip in the pool or a relaxing moment in the jacuzzi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities including a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. The villa has excellent WiFi (Starlink) and a 50" Samsung SMART TV.

The separate guest house offers two stylish 2-person bedrooms, each with its own walk-in shower. The rooms share a comfortable bathroom with double sink and toilet. Here too, you can enjoy panoramic sea views and direct access to the terrace thanks to sliding glass doors.

The spacious outdoor terrace is spread over two levels. Upstairs you will find an attractive dining area with outdoor kitchen and jacuzzi. The nearest airport is Preveza, just a 25-minute drive away. Transfers to and from the villa, as well as car rental, are easily arranged through the managers.

Pool towels and plenty of towels are included. For stays longer than a week, the linen is changed halfway.
