Villa Ioanna is a modern villa with private pool just 700m from the sea. Due to its location on the hills of the authentic village of Pogonia, you have a stunningly beautiful view of the bay of Paleros from the spacious sun terrace with equipped outdoor kitchen and infinity pool. The villa is attractive, comfortable and luxuriously furnished, each bedroom with a blissful Cocomat bed has a bathroom and sea view. The villa offers plenty of privacy thanks to its elevated position, ideal for a relaxing or romantic holiday with beautiful sunrises.
Thanks to the heated swimming pool, it is also pleasant to swim in spring and autumn.
Given the separate location of the 3rd bedroom, the house can be rented with 2 or 3 bedrooms.
A discount of 10% is provided if the 3rd bedroom is not used.
Initial, middle and final cleaning are provided in the price.
Pets are not allowed.
Villa Ioanna is only 4 km from the beautiful Paleros with numerous shops and tavernas, also a starting point to discover the island of Lefkada with its endless sandy beaches, crystal sea and rocky coasts. This forms a unique combination with the mountain peaks and forested hills. On Lefkada you can still enjoy authentic villages, unspoiled harbors and Greek tradition.
Just 3 km from Villa Ioanna, you will have the opportunity to enjoy all kinds of water sports, from kayaking to paddle boarding to wake boarding, water skiing, windsurfing...

Villa Ioanna is easy to reach via Schiphol Airport to Preveza. From Preveza it is another half hour by car.
You can fly with Transavia, Tuifly.nl and Corendon.
If you prefer to depart from Zaventem (B), it is best to fly to Athens.
You can fly with SN Brussels Airlines or Aegean Airlines:
From Athens it is still 3.5 hours by car via a (beautiful) new highway.
Flights are also possible via Eindhoven (NL) or Charleroi (B) to Athens with Ryanair or Transavia.
