Villa Bellevue

Villa Bellevue is only a 20-minute drive from Preveza airport and was built in 2023. From the villa you have a view of the sea and the island of Lefkada, which can be reached within 30 minutes by car.

The villa is located 50 meters from the sea. The lively village of Paleros with the pleasant boulevard with many authentic restaurants, bars, shops and beach is only a 5-minute walk away.

The village is child-friendly and also has many authentic Greek restaurants. There are 3 beach clubs within a 5-minute drive towards Pogonia with a gently sloping sandy beach where you can walk up to 100 meters into the sea. The trendy beach club Ammos is highly recommended.

The villa has a beautiful sea view, located on the southwest with a beautiful sunset.
The infinity pool has a raised platform on which you can lounge and where the children can play. Under the veranda there is a large 2-person sunbed with a fan above it for a pleasant breeze when it is warm. There is also a lounge set here. In addition to the swimming pool, there are 2 separate sun loungers. The outdoor kitchen with dining table for 4-6 people is equipped with a green egg BBQ and here you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner with a view of the bay.

Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, with the master bedroom also having its own toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. There is also a Nespresso machine and sandwich maker available. All rooms have air conditioning and shutters.

Due to its central location you can easily make day trips to the island of Lefkada, among others. You can also rent a (sailing) boat (with or without captain) in Paleros, snorkel, dive, windsurf, canoe, fish and walk in the mountains. We have a book in the villa with all the tips for visiting and/or eating.
