Private letting of holiday apartment Paleros Plaza Apartment Seaside in Greece
Article 1 – Definitions
Landlord: The private owner or manager of Paleros Plaza Apartment Seaside.
Renter: The person who makes the reservation and is responsible for all fellow travelers.
Holiday home: Paleros Plaza Apartment Seaside including inventory and amenities.
Article 2 – Applicability
These conditions apply to all reservations.
Article 3 – Conclusion of the agreement
The agreement is concluded after confirmation and receipt of the deposit.
Article 4 – Rental price
The rental price is as agreed upon reservation.
Article 5 – Payment
Deposit: 30% within 5 days after booking.
Remaining payment: 70% no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.
Article 6 – Deposit
The deposit will be refunded within 2 working days after departure, provided no damage has been found.
Article 7 – Cancellation by tenant
- Up to 90 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price.
- 90 to 42 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price.
- 42 to 28 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price.
- From 28 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price.
Article 8 – Cancellation by the landlord
In the event of force majeure, amounts already paid will be refunded.
Article 9 – Use
Recreational use only. No subletting.
Article 10 – Liability
The tenant is liable for damage.
Article 11 – Applicable law
Greek law applies to these conditions.
