Very spacious semi detached family house for beach holidays. Right on a wide sandy beach located on the edge of the village of Nei Pori with its promenade, beach bars and restaurants, at the foot of the Olympus mountain with its green chestnut canyons and nature reserves.
The sea is warm and shallow. Nearby are several peaceful beaches and traditional mountain villages, antiquities, sights and lively cities with markets, museums and shopping centers.
The Olympus & Ossa Mountains (3000m high, almost all year covered with snow-covered peaks) start right behind the village and are ideal for hiking, mountain biking, hiking, trips. The Pinios River Delta plain is ideal for cycling, hiking and birdwatchers.
In the village you will find all kinds of shops, a supermarket, restaurants and (kids) recreation such as swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball field etc. Real night life can be found in the next village at 3 km.
Many possibilities for excursions and nature.

Hello, we have lived in Greece for over 30 years and also use our beach house ourselves. We would like to give others the opportunity to experience a fantastic holiday and to enjoy everything that the beautiful surroundings here offer, sea, beach, mountains, antiquities, nature.
If you are in the area, feel free to drop by to see if you like the house. (Motorway and train station at 1km).
A flight to Thessaloniki (Transavia) does not have to cost much (from 60€). From there it is a max of 2 hours travel

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Reported prices are valid for 1-4 people (where 1 child up to 2 years free of charge)

For tenants up to 2 people there is , only in low and mid season, a 15% discount (not on special offers)
For each person over 4 there is an additional charge of 15€ per night.
For stays of 14 days or more there is a discount of 10% (not on special offers)
Maximum duration of stay is 3 weeks (except in low season or after consultation).

A deposit of 500€ is due which will be returned in whole or in part if it appears that no (substantial) damage has been caused to the contents and/or the house, Broken glasses or crockery is not included, unless it appears that more than 30% of the crockery is unusable and/or missing.....

All prices do not include your personal electricity consumption above 25€ per week, so that we can keep the rent low, save the environment and everyone pays in a reasonable way for their own excessive need for cooling/heating. In this way , we all ensure that the 4 air conditioners in the house are turned off on time. Not only for your and our fair but also for the climate!

Each person thus pays for their own energy consumption, to be paid in cash at the end of the stay, based on the electricity actually consumed, according to the electricity meter that is recorded with you at check-in.

However, hot water is free, because the house has a solar water heater and the sun almost always shines. In addition, the house has roof insulation, has partial double glazing, and all equipment has the energy label A+ or better. Electricity costs are also low in Greece (0.20 cents/kwh).

The Godenberg, almost 3000 meters high, easy to climb, magnificent view from the top, fantastic nature and only 20 km from our house.
Overnight stays are possible in various mountain huts at various heights (book in advance, info with us).

Larissa is 1 of the 2 nearest cities. Here you will find everything, the old town, modern shops, museums, parks and a well-preserved ancient Greek theater that could seat 10,000 spectators and was built in 300 BC.
One of the largest theatres in Greece, after Epidavros, Dodoni and Athens. Very worthwhile, especially in combination with a walk through the old town and the pedestrian zone in the center.
