We offer a huge house of 165 m2 with lots of privacy, directly on the beach, for a very reasonable amount. You can't get any closer to the sea.
We can and want to do this by keeping the interior simple, functional and indeed, a bit dated here and there. As a result, even larger families or travel groups of up to 6-7 and soon even 8-9 people can enjoy a holiday by the sea or in the mountainous Greek hinterland for extremely reasonable prices.
By the way, there will be a major renovation this autumn in which the house will have double glazing, a 4th bedroom and a total of 3 new bathrooms and where the interior will also be partly overhauled with, among other things, completely new beds.
A house of this caliber, even if it is a bit older, so close to the beach cannot be found in all of northern Greece, and certainly not at this price!
