The unique luxury family house has been completely renovated and modernized and now has 300m2 of living space, spread over 3 floors, has a complete basement and is located 10 minutes from the village center of Winterberg. .

The Villa has 6 spacious bedrooms for 12 people with 3 luxurious bathrooms, 5 toilets, a 4-person sauna, fast wireless internet, a modern living-living kitchen, a large living room with sitting and dining room and direct access to private landscaped garden .

Villa Ennert is located in the cozy holiday village Siedlinghausen-Winterberg, 50 meters from Haus am Sorpe.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, ideal for a family with small children or elderly people with walking difficulties.

On the 1st floor there are 4 bedrooms, 2 luxurious bathrooms and an indoor 4-person sauna. The house is equipped with free wireless WIFI internet (100Mbit) and Smart TVs with internet connections. In the basement is a football table and table tennis table.

Directly behind the house is a very spacious and completely private backyard (40x30m) with play options for the children. 3 cars can be parked on site. Any additional cars can be parked on the street in the immediate vicinity of the house.

The house can be rented for a:
- weekend (Fri-Mon),
- mid-week (Mon-Fri) or
- full week (Mon-Mon or Fri-Fri).
- arrival from 3 p.m.
- departure at 10 am.
- a rental agreement must always be signed
- smoking is prohibited in the house
- pets are -unfortunately- not allowed
- young people / student groups under 25 are only allowed after consultation

Villa Ennert is located in the center of the lovely village of Siedlinghausen (municipality of Winterberg), which combines a quiet location with good accessibility to the well-known ski areas around Winterberg. Around Winterberg you can make beautiful descents from the Bremberg - Poppenberg - Herloh (15 km of slopes) and the Kahler Asten. Both skiers and snowboarders can choose from several well-prepared slopes (57 lifts with 60 km of slopes).

There is also plenty to do for cross-country skiers on the more than 220 km of groomed trails. Siedlinghausen exudes a cozy atmosphere in winter, where especially the family with children can enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the good winter sports facilities of the Hochsauerland in peace.

Winterberg is very suitable for hikers and cyclists in the summer and there are several fun things to do in the area for children. In short, something for everyone and a beautiful place to relax!

Directly behind the house is a football field, an indoor and outdoor pool and tennis courts. The ski slopes of Winterberg are about a 10-minute drive away. Winterberg can be reached by car within 2-2.5 hours from the border (Arnhem). Siedlinghausen has a station. There is a direct connection to Dortmund. From the Netherlands the Adam-Utrecht-Arnhem-Oberhausen train. There, change to Dortmund-Winterberg.
