This park is located in Usseln, just 2.5 km from the nice town of Willingen (5 minutes by car) and a few nice restaurants within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity of the house (100 meters) you will find the beginners ski slope with ski school and about 500 meters you will find a very pleasantly located ski-snowboard descent of about 800 meters long. In addition, the village of Usseln also has many restaurants, shops, supermarkets, a bakery and an outdoor pool with a slide. In the bustling town of Willingen you will of course find even more entertainment. Willingen is a place where you can eat, shop and it is always pleasantly busy. There is a large subtropical swimming pool with slides and sauna landscape, indoor ice rink, reservoir, summer toboggan run, various ski slopes, amusement park and zoo. There are also plenty of hiking routes and cross-country trails, also directly from the house. In Usseln and Willingen Sauerland there are therefore plenty of options for an active holiday.

- 2 bedrooms, one room with a double bed and one family room with a bunk bed and a double bed. The family bedroom also has a flat screen TV with built-in DVD player.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, electric cooker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

- A separate storage room for your ski boots and outside a closed storage room for the skis.
- Ample parking space in the park (about 50 meters from the holiday home).
- The holiday home has a covered terrace, followed by a lawn. The terrace has complete garden furniture and an electric barbecue is at your disposal. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the surroundings all day long.
- Due to its location and the fact that the park is car-free, the holiday home is also ideal for a family with young children. A playground is available in the park.
