Holiday home in Neuludwigsdorf, quietly located in the upper part of the village, so you can look over everything.
We also have a very new enlarged balcony and a smaller balcony for about 4 people
Suitable for 13 people and 1 or 2 babies.

We have a beautiful large holiday home for rent in Sauerland, near Winterberg.
This is approx. 250 km. drive from Arnhem and 25 km. from winterberg.
Our holiday home is located on the edge of the forest and is fully equipped.
You can already walk the hiking trails from the house.
We have a cozy living room and also a large living / dining kitchen.
There are 6 large bedrooms and a sleeping loft, 1 of which has a double bed. There are also 5 bedrooms with 2x1 bed that can be put together or put separately.
Upstairs we have a pool table and a football table.
In the living room there is a screen that can be used as a Smart TV. Normal TV is not available. Downstairs in a large bedroom there is a small DVD player and a children's blackboard, games and puzzles.
The house is detached on 500 m2 of land. There are 2 balconies, 1 of which faces south. There is also a large trampoline in the garden.
The house is about 600m. altitude, so there will soon be snow.
It is very suitable for winter sports, the larger towns such as Winterberg and Willingen are approximately 15/30 minutes drive away. There are also many cross-country skiing trails in this area.
It is a beautiful nature reserve, where there are many birds of prey and you can see deer and foxes from the living room.
There is a nice playground about 100m away. Supermarkets and the bakery are at 4 and 7 km. distance.
There is a natural swimming pool in Hallenberg (7km)
In Medebach there is a large indoor swimming pool of Landal (15 km.)
There is an outdoor and indoor swimming pool in Battenberg (18 km.)
At the Edersee you can sail with a whisper boat that can be rented. There is also the possibility to take a tour on a large tour boat. At the Edersee also a beach where you can also swim.
The house is also suitable for 1 or 2 couples and can then be rented at a low rate, only in low season.
It is suitable for summer-spring-autumn and winter.
It is wonderful here in all seasons, for cycling, mountain biking, hiking, cross-country skiing and skiing, etc. There are already marked hiking trails from the house.
From the balcony and from the room you can see up to 150 km in clear weather. look far.
