A detached luxury 5-6 person house in a truly unique location in the Sauerland. A stone's throw from the pleasant village of Adorf and yet quietly and completely privately situated in nature, surrounded by rolling hills and meadows. From the spacious terrace (facing south) you can enjoy a phenomenal panoramic view. Surrounded by hiking trails, ski areas and the Diemelsee and located on a forest, this house offers countless options for an unforgettable stay. The house itself is also fully equipped; authentic wood-fired hot tub, wood stove and infrared sauna (60 degrees). The living room is also equipped with a pleasant spacious sofa, Dutch TV channels and a stereo system. The fully equipped kitchen, dining/garden room and master bedroom are on the ground floor. On the first floor is a large bathroom, the living room and 2 other bedrooms that are connected by a connecting door. Includes bed linen and towels. There is a separate toilet on both floors. Surroundings. The quiet village of Adorf is a 10-minute walk away. There are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, a hairdresser and a few catering establishments. From the house you can walk straight into the forest and you can enjoy the many beautiful, well-marked walking and cycling routes undisturbed. At 200 meters from the house you can get on the famous Diemelsteig hiking route. A historic quarry is 1 km away. The Diemelsee is 6 km away, this large reservoir is suitable for many different water sports. Less than 20 km away is the beautiful palace of Bad Arolsen where Queen Emma used to live. The historic Hanseatic city of Korbach, known for its many half-timbered houses, is only 14 kilometers away. You can also shop extensively here and enjoy the many eateries and terraces. Cross-country skiing is only a few kilometers away at Schweinsbühl. The winter sports resort of Willingen is 18 km away, and Winterberg, 39 km away, is also easily accessible. There are toboggan runs in both places.
