Hidden between the greenery of the Sternberg, the park borders directly on the Nationalpark-Kellerwald-Edersee. The holiday home is at the top of the park on the last row with the most beautiful view over the park and the village of Frankenau. You are within a few steps from your front door in the Kellerwald National Park (Unesco heritage).

The comfortable home is located in a characteristic half-timbered house and has a living room with wood stove, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, each with 2 box-spring beds 90x200 cm, baby cot, bath and high chair. Bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity unit. A spacious garden with 2 terraces. Storage room with patio chairs. A swing for the children, 2 steps, 1 sled. Many children's DVDs, toys and reading material for young and old.
You also have Dutch channels via cable, WiFi is free. There is also a chrome stick for streaming.

The half-timbered house has 2 floors. The rental property is on the ground floor.

Holiday park Frankenau is beautifully situated in the middle of the Kellerwald National Park. There is much to see and experience for nature lovers, but also for families with children. Within a few steps from our house you are in the National Park Kellerwald Uhr-Edersee. The immediate area is ideal for families who want to experience an active holiday. Nearby is Germany's largest reservoir, the Edersee. At this vast lake you can go diving, sailing, surfing, water skiing, canoeing and boating, fishing or swimming. Wide range of indoor swimming pools in the area, such as in Frankenberg and Bad Wildungen.
