Am Brunnen is a detached holiday home on a quiet hill in the Sauerland, on the outer edge of Bleiwasche, surrounded by nature and wide views. Here you can relax: coffee in the morning sun, birds as background music, a dog sniffing around in the fenced garden. In the evening the wood stove is on, silence around you, and time slows down by itself.
Inside you will find a warm mix of vintage and modern, two comfortable bedrooms and a new fully automatic central heating system (2025) for a comfortable home, all year round. There is fast Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Netflix and other streaming services. In the basement there is a washing machine, freezer and dishwasher, with extra space for things or dog food.
Outside, real outdoor life awaits: a spacious enclosed terrace and a separate enclosed garden of approx. 600 m², with complete privacy and a view of the countryside. Dogs can run free safely, and you can relax and enjoy the sun, greenery and space. Parking is available right next to the house, there is no separate parking space (yet).
Hikers step from the front door onto the endless hiking trails. Fancy liveliness? The half-timbered town of Brilon is close by, with cosy cafés, terraces and restaurants. Paderborn is also easily accessible for a day in the University City. And then you return to your own quiet home spot, wood stove on, feet up, and enjoy the silence and the stars.
Dogs are welcome: there are baskets, bins and sniffing equipment ready. We just don't ask dogs on the bed, and on the couch please with the plaids provided.
Am Brunnen is ideal for 2–3 guests (with dog(s)) who appreciate nature, tranquillity, comfort and privacy. And like to come home in peace and relaxation.
