Am Brunnen is quietly located on the outskirts of the small village of Bleiwäsche, in the middle of the green Sauerland. A detached house with privacy, space and beautiful views over the valley.
The house has a warm, personal atmosphere: an eclectic mix of mid-century vintage and modern comfort, combined with natural materials and the rural character of the Sauerland. Not a standard holiday home, but a place with its own style and a relaxed, homely feel.
From the living room you step directly onto the entire terrace. A small staircase leads to the slightly sloping garden of about 600 m². Both the terrace and the garden are fully fenced.
A nice place for 2–3 guests, with a maximum of 4 people.
For people who appreciate peace, nature and comfort, with or without a dog.

Your dog is welcome. There are clean dog cushions, a water bowl and a sniffing blanket, so that they too quickly feel at home.
We only ask not to let dogs on the bed and to use the plaid on the couch.
The area
From the house you can walk straight into nature. Forests, hills and quiet paths start almost on your doorstep. On clear mornings, there is often a light fog in the valley and you can mainly hear birds and the wind through the trees.
Historic Brilon is nearby with shops, cafes and restaurants. Paderborn is also easily accessible for a day in the city.
Then you return to the peace and quiet of the Sauerland.
Am Brunnen is especially suitable for guests who love nature, privacy and a house with character.
Less suitable for those expecting park facilities or entertainment.
