Am Brunnen is a cozy, detached holiday home, beautifully and quietly situated on a hill with a panoramic view. The silence, the bird sounds and the beautiful surroundings ensure that you can completely relax.
The house is comfortable and allergy-friendly. There are two bedrooms with good beds and mattresses, something we find very important.
Through the terrace you enter the spacious hall. To the left is the small bedroom with a French bed, and straight ahead is the living room with open kitchen. At the end of the hall is the bathroom with toilet. The master bedroom is located on the first floor. The whole house is equipped with central heating with radiators in every room, making it pleasant to stay in every season.
In the basement you will find the utility room with a large freezer and storage space for all groceries. A large sink, a new dishwasher and washing machine have also been installed here, with a spacious worktop above.
At the front of the house is a fully fenced and spacious tiled south-facing terrace/garden. Privacy is guaranteed thanks to the green hedge, stone fence, large conifers and trees that also provide pleasant shade in summer. The terrace has a dining table, comfortable chairs, a swing bench and a sunbed.
Via a small staircase next to the house you reach the sloping, fenced lawn of 600 m². From the higher terrace with seating you can enjoy a beautiful, unobstructed view over the landscape.
Numerous hiking trails start directly in front of the house, and cycling and mountain biking are also popular in the area. In summer, you can swim in the Diemelsee or visit the quaint half-timbered towns nearby.
There are special facilities for your dog, such as a washable cushion and food and water bowls. Various dog games and sniffing rugs are available in the closet. We do ask that dogs do not sleep on the bed and use the pillows and plaids provided on the couch. We do our best to offer you and your dog a relaxing and carefree holiday.
The house does not (yet) have its own parking space, but you can park your car next to the house, at the entrance of the terrace.
With or without a dog: Holidays in the Sauerland are a natural experience at any time of the year.
