Our 95sqm top floor apartment is freshly renovated to the latest standards when you move in.
You can relax and move into 3 single rooms (1 of which has a double bed), which have a bed, wardrobe and bedside table. Each room has its own SmartTV.

You have a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a large living room with workstation at your disposal. The bathroom has an XXL shower.

You can park your car free of charge in our large car park. A washer and dryer in the basement room are free to use. You can pre-order rolls on weekdays and Saturdays. These will be delivered to you in the morning for advance payment.

Take city trips to Bad Berleburg, Bad Laasphe, Marburg or Winterberg. Shopping facilities are available nearby.

Go on hikes or bike tours in the untouched nature of the Rothaar Mountains.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for your interest in our home town of Wittgenstein. We especially like our untouched nature, long hikes or bike rides. We are two enthusiastic people who have learned how to go on holiday during our many holidays in Holland.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the guest wants to cancel the booking for any reason, they must always confirm this to the host by email (even if they have already informed the host by phone, for example). Depending on the date of the written cancellation by the guest, the host will charge the following amounts:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between 90 and 60 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the guest informs the host only at the beginning of the rental or during the rental period that he or she will not use the rental property (any longer), he remains liable to pay the full rental price.
