Very spacious living and dining room with panoramic view for 5-8 people. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, electric 4-burner stove with oven, microwave. Master bedroom with double bed (1.80m) with bathroom (2 sinks, bath, shower and toilet) and also 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds (1.60m) and shared bathroom with shower and toilet, in addition to 1 guest toilet.

The area around Arnsberg in the Sauerland is very versatile in a beautiful wooded area. The forest can be reached within 1-3 km in different directions. The historic center of the city is located on a beautiful mountain ridge. The old castle ruins can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The historic city center with the special panoramic views and the center of the city with various restaurants, cafes and entertainment venues can be reached on foot within 15-20 minutes. There are also all kinds of shopping opportunities in the center. The city also offers various cultural opportunities, such as the Sauerland museum and a theater. A supermarket can be reached within 1 km downhill.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Costs 225 Euro per night. Final cleaning one-time 80 Euro.

Deposits 50% of the amount upon booking. Payment of the total amount two weeks before the rental period.

Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 30 days before the rental period. If you cancel between 14-30 days before the rental period, 50% of the costs will be charged. The entire amount will be charged within 14 days before the rental period.
