Additional information

Arrival time between 15 and 19 hours, just let the estimated arrival time. Check out between 8 and 10 am.
1 * The rental agreement includes the rented accommodation unit with the complete inventory. 2 * When booking a deposit of € 50, - on the rent is due, the remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the housing unit is involved.When the rental period within 6 weeks, the full rent must be paid . 3 * Up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the tenant can cancel his reservation in case of urgent necessity. The deposit then serves us to cover the costs. In case of later cancellation the full rent must be paid.If, however, for the regarding rental period another tenant is found, the rental price, after deduction of costs, will be refunded. It is wise to take a cancellation insurance. 4 * If the tenant does not fulfill his payment obligations on time, the lessor is entitled to have the agreements made canceled. The tenant is not relieved of his payment obligations. Apart from that, the lessor will only be able to cancel the contract in case of demonstrable force majeure. 5 * The rental period starts on the day of arrival at 3 pm and ends on the day of departure at 10 am, unless agreed otherwise. 6 * The tenant undertakes to occupy the property properly. At departure the tenant must ensure that all waste is deposited in the container, that no dirty dishes are left and the living unit is left tidy. Light and electrical appliances from , check whether windows and doors are closed. 7 * The tenant is liable for all damage caused to the rented property or accessories by whatever cause, unless he proves that the damage has not arisen due to negligence, guilt or intent of himself or other persons for which he is liable.
