My name is Marian Pieters and I am your hostess and owner of Ferienwohnung Meijer.
I have enjoyed the Moselle, the vineyards and the beautiful surroundings for years.
I have been renting out this lovely holiday home close to the Moselle since mid-September 2022.
The house is located in a quiet area with all facilities next door, such as a bakery, restaurants and wine bar in the village of Briedel, you can taste and buy wine from the winegrowers, and follow the winemaking process.

Explanation of prices

The price does not include a one-off cleaning fee of EURO 35.00, which will be paid when booking.

If you bring a dog, you will be paid in cash. This is upon arrival at the holiday home and this is only possible on request at MICAZU. Additional costs for cleaning will be charged for this, this is a one-time charge for a maximum of one week of EURO 20.00 and this is a one-off charge, for a booking of more than a week's stay, the additional amount is EURO 25.00, beyond which you will be charged for the accommodation of your dear pet. per night extra EURO 3.00 charged.

If you would like to run a load in between, in addition to the final wash that I take care of, this will cost EURO 5.00 per wash, which covers the use of detergent, dryer and washing machine.

There is a 10% discount coupon available in the holiday home for your next booking.

The guest can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. You then pay 50% of the reservation costs. If you do not show up on the day of reservation, you pay 100% of the costs.
Rebooking can only be done via a message on MICAZU.
