Beautiful spacious apartment in a historic building. The house is located on the main street in the valley of Wildemann, in the direction of historic Goslar. From the front door you walk to one of the many hiking trails and start your adventure in nature. Walking without meeting many people and slowing down. Owner has a lot of tips and knows all the beautiful places.

We have been here with our dogs from 2 to 9 September 2020. We were warmly welcomed and explained what there was to do in the area. The house was great and we felt right at home. The surroundings are very beautiful, we walked almost every day (1 day of rain). in the Harz National Park and at the toboggan lift in Hahnenklee and of course Wildemann. Wildemann is a small and cozy village. The restaurant where we ate in Wildemann, Spiegeltaler Eck, you can also eat delicious food there and not expensive (One of Benno's tips). If you like peace and quiet and nature, this is a must!!

Friendly welcome by the owners. Got a lot of information from Benno about what to do in the area and about the history of Wildemann and the surrounding area.

The apartment is on the top floor and from there you had a nice view. The apartment itself was fine: clean, spacious, good shower with bath and complete kitchen with fridge and separate freezer. Only downside was no Dutch TV channels.

I myself have walked a lot and it was nice that there were several well-signposted walking routes from the village.

We have been here on holiday from 6 to 11 August. We were very kindly received by Benno. Benno can tell you everything about the area and what to do. The apartment was clean and fully equipped. The setting is beautiful. You don't have to go far to enjoy nature and nice old towns. A tip: take some cash with you for the first few days, it is not possible to pay by debit card at some shops, restaurants. There is an ATM in the village, bakery, supermarket and 2 restaurants where you can eat well. Close to are larger supermarkets. Wildemann itself is a small cozy village where we feel that time has stood still a bit. Which does have a charm. If you like peace and nature, this apartment is definitely recommended.

What a lovely house. It is very centrally located in a beautiful area. Both directly around the house and in the surrounding area many hiking opportunities (a lot of attention paid to the route indications). Extremely friendly welcome by the landlord. Many extras in the kitchen, such as spices, packets of tea, coffee, bottle of wine. The house is super clean, wonderfully spacious and comfortable, cozy living room and comfortable beds. As far as we are concerned, highly recommended!
