HISTORY: What we were looking for at the time was a 'Dacha'. A cottage in the countryside, where we can spend our long weekends and holidays together with our children and grandchildren. What we found was a second home. A beautiful, spacious detached holiday home, on a beautiful holiday park and only 3 1/2 hours drive from our current home. Due to its convenient location on top of a hill, on the edge of a forest with a piece of land all around, the house takes maximum advantage of the park accommodation and still has optimal privacy. The house is close to everything we like and like. The beautiful landscape of the German Knüll Mountains, ruins of old castles and nice old picturesque towns with beautiful half-timbered houses and of course a super beautiful golf course barely a 10-minute drive away. We can all move in, because there are 4 bedrooms with room for 8 people (3x2 pers. and 2x1 pers. + a cot on request). One of the 2 person bedrooms is on the ground floor, apart from the fact that something like this is practical, it is at least pleasant for people who have difficulty walking.
