Beautifully located near forest (hiking trails) and reservoir (water ski slope) with a beaver lodge within walking distance. Nice towns to discover and a super golf course a 10-minute drive away. Germany is wonderful to discover, this area is still quiet (except for the 135 bungalows of the park) and has an excellent price/quality ratio. The house is equipped with every luxury (air conditioning, two bathrooms, 1 with bath, luxury kitchen, washing machine and dryer, two parking spaces, a dish with Canal Digital (and therefore Dutch channels), a BBQ and on request a mountain bike (Cannondale without motor) or golf set for rent (additional).

Many restaurants, small towns and trips possible. Bad Hersfeld and Fulda are half an hour's drive away and are nice to visit. Kassel and Erfurt are a little further away. Minimum age of the main tenant 25 years or older. Electric cars can be charged in Kirchheim (5 km). It is not allowed to charge it at the house.

We are an energetic couple from the Netherlands (Steenwijk) with three children. We bought the house about 9 years ago and completely renovated / refurbished it. Because we (can) only make limited use of it ourselves, we would like to rent it out, so that several people can experience how nice Germany is and what there is to experience in terms of nature and culture. There is plenty to do, such as walking, cycling, golfing and good food.

On the north side of the house you can enjoy a lovely cool terrace on hot days, in the shade and with a beautiful view of the edge of the forest.
The bright living room has a spacious corner sofa and extra armchair. In the stylish wall unit you will find the TV and a radio/CD player for relaxing evenings.
