About the area
Due to the perfect location of the house in the town of Beuren (Kreiz Cochem-Zell) you can easily 'go down' towards the Moselle or 'stay up' on the wooded plateau. Many fascinating cities and places are easily accessible by car or motorbike: Trier, Koblenz and Cochem to name but a few. With 5 double bedrooms , the Voorhuis is a real 'Bikers-home' for motorcyclists. The Volcanic Eifel is a few hours' drive from the Netherlands from the end of April to the beginning of November a fantastic area to explore by motorcycle . There is also a spacious shed to put a number of machines inside at night .
This part of the Eifel is also an Eldorado for nature lovers. The famous volcanic craters filled with water, the so-called Maren, are a wonderful swimming paradise in summer. Hikers, cyclists and (mountain) bikers can look forward to new discoveries every day in the beautiful wooded area. Near Cochem there is an 18-hole course for golf enthusiasts and from September the wine festivals start all along the Moselle.
What can you expect?
The Voorhuis is suitable for 10 adults with 5 bedrooms with double beds. The dog is allowed and there is parking for 2 cars and for 1 car with the possibility of electric charging. The Voorhuis also offers you all the comforts of a normal house. On the ground floor and the 2nd floor is a toilet. There are 2 new bathrooms and a large new lavishly fitted modern kitchen with a coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, multiple ovens, large fridge with 3 freezer drawers, plates, cutlery and more. The storage room includes the vacuum cleaner, a washing machine and dryer and some cleaning supplies. The living room is equipped with WIFI, a flat screen TV, dining area and a lovely sitting area for wine and chilling.

Het Voorhuis is located in Beuren (Kreiz Cochem Zell). All 2 double beds have 2 single duvets and pillows. Tenants must bring their own bed linen and towels.
