Pets in consultation
House Steko (STEfan de KOning) is a detached house for up to 8 people in the Eifel near Neuerburg-Arzfeld. If you would like to receive family in the meantime because there are beds left, please let us know, it is possible.
If you have family and/or friends with a motorhome or caravan who want to come by, ask about the possibilities. The site is large enough for this and we are open to it. There is a lockable parking facility for cyclists and motorcyclists.
The farm is located on the edge of the village with nature, near a vast forest area with many walking and cycling opportunities.
As soon as you leave the house you walk on one of the hiking trails in the area.
In the immediate vicinity there are various cycling and walking routes, ranging from 2.5 to 25 km through fields, forests, mountains and valleys, along rivers and streams.
In addition to nature, there are also many nice historic towns in the area such as Dasburg, Vianden, Neuerburg and Prüm.
In the Eifel, nature lovers, sports enthusiasts, peace seekers, but also lovers of cities, markets, wine tastings can indulge themselves.

GROUND FLOOR
A kitchen with a large table, sofa and TV. An attractive gas stove in the living room with a spout on the terrace overlooking the fruit orchard.
There is also a toilet with urinal on the ground floor and a bathroom with shower, sink and infrared sauna.
FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor there are three bedrooms with box-spring beds. These beds can be used as a single and double bed.
There is also a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and two sinks.
SECOND FLOOR
The attractive attic space has its own sink, toilet and two sleeping places.
The attic is air-conditioned.
GARDEN/YARD
The house is free with views over the fields and a large garden (3,000 m²) with lots of sun and privacy.
There are many places where you can sit or lie between the trees.
At the back is a terrace with a possibility for a campfire.
If you are lucky you will also see all the beauty of nature such as bird's nests, small rodents and deer.
PETS
Our house offers plenty of space for pets, this can be discussed. Ask about the possibilities. No pets in bedrooms and we ask for a deposit for first stay.
LEISURE AREA
Opposite the house is a barn furnished with authentic tools and materials. This large space (70 m²) is ideal for relaxation or pleasure and has a view over the fields.
GARAGE
The garage is lockable. Motorcycles/bicycles can be parked there.
