We rent our house in the Volcanic Eifel in the quiet village of Gees, surrounded by greenery, 2.5 km from Gerolstein. Gerolstein is a medium-sized town that has all amenities such as shops, restaurants, swimming pool, playgrounds, etc. There are many options for walkers and cyclists. We can of course always help you with tips about the area/activities.
We have divided the house into 2 houses called Dani (8 people) and Luca (4 people + child), both houses have their own facilities, entrances and enclosed gardens. The Dani house (also on Micazu) has been completely renovated for a year and is luxuriously furnished. This advertisement is for the ground floor apartment Luca. Both homes are pet and smoke free, we hope you will respect this.
There is room for 4 people and a baby, the baby cot can be placed in the large bedroom. On request we have a baby cot for you at no cost. Furthermore, the house has a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher, large dining table and living room with satellite TV (also with Chrome Cast), WiFi is of course available.
Through the largest bedroom you reach the roof terrace of 20m2, where you have a beautiful view. On the roof terrace there is a garden table with 4 chairs and a wood/coal barbecue. From the roof terrace you reach the garden via 7 steps. The garden is completely fenced and is for your use only and therefore offers a lot of privacy. The garden consists of 2 parts, in the higher part there is a second set of garden furniture. The children can have fun in the lower area, where they have a playhouse, a trampoline and a sandbox at their disposal.
There is also a tree house, a swing and a football field. The last 3 can also be used by the children staying in the "Dani" home.
Bed linen, towels, heating, electricity etc. are all included in the price.
The house is pet and smoke free.
