It is a large holiday home with private garden. The house is 140 m2 with 4 bedrooms. Very suitable for 2 families. Haus vor Anker consists of 2 houses, separated by the front door and hall.
There is plenty of space for your family to chill out and a large playing field at the house in a small village with beautiful surroundings. You can walk into the forest on all sides at 200 meters.

The holiday home is suitable for max. 10 people, has its own entrance and exit through your balcony to private garden with 2 large tables and 12 chairs, however the main entrance is shared
SAUNA is exclusive and costs 2.50 p.p.p.d.
There are 2 bathrooms and 3 large bedrooms with sink and 1 small bedroom, free internet, water and electricity.
The spring break and Christmas and New Year's Eve week are rented to a minimum of 6 people.

It is the location for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking, cycling and swimming in the summer. Golf course 6 km away.
Within walking distance is a train station, bakeries and a large Lidl approx. 2 km. for all your daily shopping. Feldberg ski is 6 km away.
There are many hiking and biking trails and a large swimming paradise, boat rental and open swimming pools a short distance away.
Freiburg is an old university city, highly recommended, to go by train through the mountains, you imagine yourself in 'Marklinland'.
Day trips to Switzerland and France are fun to undertake on the back roads. The Black Forest is one big garden!

We, Rudmer and Celia, are the proud owners of Haus vor Anker. The house we bought in 2008 and completely adapted to our needs. We are often or with our children and grandchildren, winter begins in the village because the house is 975 m. The roads are very good. In the summer we did other activities, hiking, cycling, water sports, everywhere open pools and a large water park in Titisee-Neustadt.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The basic price is based on 4 people.

Each additional person costs 22.50 euros p.p.p.d (this is already calculated in the total price)
The tourist tax is 3.90 euros p.p.p.d (this is already calculated in the total price)
For extra guests during your stay, you pay 22.50 p.p.p.d.+12.50 linen.

Included in the price are: WiFi, energy and water.

The deposit is 150 euros

Sauna. 2.50 p.p.p.d (optional)

The Christmas and New Year's Eve period and Spring break weeks are rented to a minimum of 8 people.
