The 85sqm apartment is on the ground floor of a house with a 800sqm garden and access to a running water as the property boundary. Quiet location on the outskirts of the forest.• 2 separate bedrooms with a total of 4 single beds (3x 100x200, 1x 90x200) and oversized duvets.
• Large, cozy living room with Swedish stove.

• Well-equipped kitchen with Thermomix, dishwasher, washing machine and, if required, a high chair for children.

• Sun loungers, table and chairs as well as a parasol for the garden and a small electric grill can be used.

• Pets allowed after consultation.

Due to its location in the center of the village, a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant and snack bar can be reached in less than 200m.

A larger bus stop is also nearby and offers regular connections in the direction of Freiburg (via Schluchsee, Titisee) and to Waldshut.
