Beach Villa 136 - Sophora

Welcome to beach villa 136, with private pool!

If you want to rent a beautiful beach house in the Vendée, you have come to the right place.
Our villa is located in the beautiful park: Les Jardins Des Sables d'Olonne. It contains 160 houses, most of which have a swimming pool. The park is generously landscaped with beautiful trees and many flowers
and is perfectly maintained.

The villa is fantastically furnished, fully equipped and very cozy; the beach atmosphere takes your breath away upon entering!
In the spring it was completely restyled, everything was painted inside and outside and an open kitchen was created. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has nice pans, good sharp knives and nice cutlery. The tableware has also been renewed.

The living room has also undergone a metamorphosis with new rugs, curtains and net curtains.

The bedrooms, 3 in total, have also been transformed into very cozy rooms in which you will certainly feel at home. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed and the third room has two single beds.

The bathrooms have also been renovated to meet today's requirements. Downstairs with a bath and shower and upstairs only a shower and toilet.

The lighting has also been overhauled and the result is stunning.

The town, Les Sables d'Olonne, is beautifully situated on a beautiful bay with a wide sandy beach. The city is accessible via a beautiful cycling and walking route along the rugged rocky coast of the Vendée, all the way to the beach.
There you will find a cozy, modern boulevard, which also radiates the atmosphere of yesteryear and offers a wide choice of
restaurants, terraces and shops.
