The villa is located on 2200 m2 of private land with a private swimming pool. Behind the villa is a small forest where you can sit in the shade or hang out in the hammock.

The villa is very attractively furnished. The living room is spacious and attractive with a sitting area with smart TV (2022) with Dutch channels and DVD player (various DVDs available), dining area with a cozy long table and 6 chairs. The open, luxurious kitchen includes a dishwasher, induction hobs and a combination oven-microwave.
Wifi, fiber optic available.
On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom with shower, sink and hairdryer.
Separate toilet in the hall.
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, 1 bedroom with a double bed (or 2 separate mattresses) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
The bathroom has a bath, shower, 2 sinks and hairdryer.

On the upper floor you have a beautiful view of the Luberon and the Apilles from the loggia.

From the living room you enter through French doors on a covered terrace (au-vent) where there is a long table with comfortable chairs.
There are 4 sun loungers by the pool and additional sun loungers are available in the garage.
The swimming pool can be closed with an electric cover. This keeps the water nice and warm.

A washing machine and dryer are at your disposal in the garage (it is not allowed to park your car in it). In the garage there are extra sun loungers for the pool or on the covered terrace.

Villa Les Demeures du Luc is located on a Domaine with 44 detached villas. Most owners come from the Netherlands and Belgium.
You will be welcomed on arrival by the Dutch manager couple. They provide a bread service in high season and you can contact them for towel and linen rental and all your questions about the Domaine and the surrounding area.
The Domaine has a shared tennis court, jeu de boules court and large swimming pool with children's pool.
At the reception there is the possibility to rent a BBQ.
