We renovated the house in 2023, the house has a living area of 168 m2 and is located in a large enclosed garden of over 4200 m2. In the garden is a jeu de boules court and a swimming pool with generous dimensions (5x11 m). The location of the house is outside the village on the edge of the Reserve naturelle de la Plaine des Maures.
A spacious hallway (with house toilet) leads to a large open plan living/dining room with a double height ceiling. The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Among other things, a large American fridge (filtered water and an ice maker), large stove with 3 different ovens, a Nespresso coffee maker as well as a filter machine, sodastream etc. The kitchen is well equipped with crockery and accessories.
There is a utility room with a water softener, a washing machine and an extra fridge if necessary. From here you have access to a games room with a table tennis table (which can also be used outside). There are also 2 high chairs and 2 medium-sized chairs for children.
The sitting area in the living room has a wood stove for the early and late season weeks and a smart TV. From here a corridor leads to 2 spacious bedrooms, with double beds (160x200m and 180x200m), 2 bathrooms with spacious walk-in shower (a bathroom with toilet) and a 3rd bedroom with a bunk bed.
The open staircase leads to a mezzanine with a second sitting area with a bookcase. In addition, the 4th spacious bedroom with a double bed (180x200m), an ensuite bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and toilet and a beautiful view towards the Maures.
Outdoor
The outdoor area is accessed from the living/dining room. It consists of a covered dining terrace with barbecue and a comfortable lounge set. There are also several seating areas. From the terrace there is a view of the pool and garden. The swimming pool is surrounded by a green border and is not directly on the terrace. The pool is equipped with a pool alarm. There is a picnic table on the terrace in front of the pool and sun loungers around the pool. In the garden there are various seating areas, a jeu de boules court, trampoline, swings and a football net plenty of opportunities for children to discover. In the garden there are also several olive trees and fig trees. The figs can be picked in season. The garden is bordered by oleanders and the Mediterranean plants provide a wonderful atmosphere and privacy. The garden is watered automatically.
The house can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children.
