We Alwin and Jeannet and since 2000 owner of our beautiful holiday home in St Pierre de Tourtour. We have a triplet of now 24 years old and rent our house now than in the beginning when we often traveled to Tourtour with our children. We always enjoy this incredibly beautiful surroundings, fun and delicious restaurants, markets, etc. and a lovely swimming pool at our house.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

. Within 7 days of receipt of the contract, 10% of the rent must be paid in advance.
. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period
. No later than 1 week before the start of the game, the deposit, cleaning and any other costs must be paid
. Costs in case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period 50% of the rent
. Costs in case of cancellation from 2 weeks before the start of the rental period 80% of the total rent

Rental includes use of sheets etc. for 4 people. When more bedding is used, we charge 7.50 Euro per bed.

Cleaning costs are 150 Euro. Electricity costs are included in the price for the period from 1 May to 1 October up to 100 kw per week.

You can use 2 mountain bikes, cot and high chair for free

The detached house is situated in the beautifully landscaped area of ??St Pierre de Tourtour. The estate of 130 hectares of forest with some lakes also offers a communal pool and five tennis courts at. These are freely available to the tenants. The house is quiet. In 5 minutes you are in the beautiful picturesque village Tourtour with many good restaurants, shops, bakeries, herb kidney and for the great messages you drive 15 minutes to the capital of the Var, Draguignan. Near Tourtour find more beautiful picturesque villages, such Lorgues, Salernes Flayosc, Vilecroze with good restaurants, terraces and squares. From Tour Tour is 30 minutes drive to the Gorges du Verdon with its beautiful rock formations, beautiful blue-green Verdon River and the beautiful Lac de St Croix. Here you can walk, canoeing, swimming, rafting, surfing, pedalos etc. In coastal areas (places like Frejus, Ste. Maxime, St Tropez, Nice) is approximately 1 hour.
