Within walking distance of the picturesque and extremely atmospheric village of Salernes, our pleasant, detached villa with private swimming pool is surrounded by a fully fenced plot of 1000 m2. Various seating areas have been playfully created in the garden where it is pleasant to stay, both in the sun and in the shade. You can park your car inside the gate; there is room for 1 or 2 cars.

You can enjoy the wonderful morning sun on the terrace at the entrance; the ideal place to wake up quietly while enjoying a cup of coffee. For the romantics among you, there is the terrace under the largely overgrown gazebo, from which you overlook the swimming pool and the play equipment (slide, swing) for the children. Finally, there is the partly covered terrace that borders the living and dining room. This terrace can be completely closed off, which is ideal when traveling with small children. On this terrace are 2 lovely sun loungers ready for you as well as a dining table with 6 comfortable chairs. The beautiful Grand Hall barbecue complements the whole and contributes to the wonderfully long, balmy summer evenings.

The private swimming pool is centrally located in the garden and is equipped with a salt water system, which is pleasant for skin and eyes, and after swimming you can rinse off in the outdoor shower (with thermostat). The cleaning of the bath is fully automatic and in terms of security, the owners have opted for an alarm. As soon as night falls, switch on the lighting of the swimming pool for a magical atmosphere.

The villa is both comfortable and child-friendly and of course fully equipped. In the spacious and bright living-dining room (52 m2) you will find a sitting area by the fireplace, where you can watch television (including the Dutch channels) or listen to music at your leisure. From the dining area you can keep in touch with those who are cooking through a view. In the well-equipped kitchen, the beautiful English 'stove' immediately catches the eye; a 5-burner gas stove with 2 separate ovens. You also have access to a microwave, a low-noise dishwasher and even a real bread maker.

On the ground floor of the house is the Chambre du Maitre with 2 single beds and its own television. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a double sink. The toilet is located in the hallway.

On the first floor are the 2 other bedrooms, both also equipped with 2 single beds. These rooms share a bathroom with shower and double sink and in one of these rooms there is an extra sink. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.

All bedrooms have comfortable box-spring beds, which can be used separately or against each other. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets and if necessary you can use the air conditioning (throughout the house) or the fans. In short, everything has been thought of to make your holiday as comfortable as possible.

Everything is also provided for the children; a cot, a high chair, a bouncer, a mobile playpen, a bath, a baby monitor and even a pram.
